To maintain optimal water parameters and continue benefiting from high-quality water, it's essential to adhere to a regular filter and remineraliser replacement routine, typically recommended every 4000 litres of water usage. Failure to replace filters and remineralisers can lead to a decline in water quality and taste over time, eventually resulting in a cessation of water supply. The design of the filters facilitates quick and easy replacement, reducing costs associated with professional assistance.

To determine the appropriate service interval, calculate the approximate daily volume of water required and refer to the following guidelines:

If the average daily water usage is less than 11 litres:

  • Replace filters and remineralisers every 12 months - manufacturer's recommend replacing filters every 12 months for sanitary precautions, regardless of the volume used.

 

If the daily water usage is greater than 11 litres:

​

  • Replace filters and remineralisers every 4000 litres of use.
